These days when The Dear Luncher finds himself in Brunny, it doesn’t take long for a sense of unease to set in. There was a time, ladies and gents, when Your Dear Luncher was hip. He was with it, he knew the score. Not anymore. The people are too weird. The smells are off-putting, crusty and grungy is no longer cool, it’s annoying.
But Joey Smalls took that uneasiness away. Because nothing makes The Dear Luncher feel better than very good friend chicken. Joey Smalls makes VERY GOOD fried chicken. Joey also sells cans of Kaiju Krush for a reasonable price.
So, if you ever find yourself in Brunswick and feel as though you’re a bit lost, or feeling a little uncool, go and eat fried chicken at Joey Smalls.
