Wow. This place certainly has that chill but bustling vibe on a Sunday. A well balanced menu with lots of specials plus BONUS liquor licence. It is also kid friendly with seats outside with blankets and a heaters for those fur babies. Its a place for all!
We had a weak soy latte and long black. Both were well made and come quickly. We ordered the special of Cheese and Broccoli Waffles with Beans & a Poached Egg and Eggs Benedict. The Waffles are made fresh to order and you can tell. They were so light, fluffy and scrumptious with the perfect about of crunch on the outside – check out my pics to see that crunch action. The Benny which is their most popular item on the menu was very traditional with its flavours. Great to see when the scene is currently filled with so many great but different twists on the original Benny. Sometimes you just want that simple Benny you know!
I should mention the lady that served us was delightful. Full of cheer, smiling and making jokes. Service like that makes you feel right at home and relaxed knowing your going to be well looked after.
All in all I would 10/10 eat greens in my waffles again here. Check it out!

I ordered the ricotta hot cakes with poached pear and orange mascarpone. The hot cakes were fluffy and the lemon curd was creamy however, the two minuscule slices of poached pear prevented me from giving Miss Marmalade a 5/5.
Not far from the Union St brewers and in the middle of a residential area so must be good right? the menu is full of choices and the specials looked good. We ordered a stack and the salmon. The stack was almost like a dinner meal disguised as a breakfast! Highlights: the salmon was beautifully cooked and perfect portion size. The gravy in the stack was rich and flavoursome. Service was good, friendly and quick. Lowlights: the coffee was good, but not great.
