I feel I really need to justify my 2 as I hate giving low scores. The venue itself is really cool looking and I quite liked it , we all had parmas and I would of happily given a 3/5 even 3.5 but the service… there wasnt any! Anywhere! In their defence it was 2pm on Sunday and quite busy , maybe they had a lot of sick calls but one bar staff for full sports bar and at least 50+ restaurant diners. One order taker but no one who knew where our booking was because nobody to be found . I feel sorry for staff if thats management decision to go so light on but staff maybe just need more of a sparkle to them. Only a personal decision, would not recommend if your a customer service fan but good if you want to be left alone for big groups.
