Plus I think the sun is always shining on a Sunday there.
It’s the best rye I’ve had – it was so moist and lasted days, still delicious.
Staff are very efficient and knowledgable.
Don’t tell ya friends, we’re trying to keep it a secret.

Worth sacrificing your Sunday sleep in for.
I write this review with some hesitation, because I want to keep this place secret. In the middle of an industrial zone, you wont miss this bakery with the line of patrons waiting to get in. Inside, the front of a cabinet makers factory, a small bakery wth fantastic breads and pastries is found. Bought the light rye, a croissant and an escargot – all fantastic. Sad its only open on Sundays, but Ill definitely be back. A coffee cart is also on site, however I didnt try it this time. Highly recommend.
