What a wonderful place. Bright, wooden, spacious, sleek, minimalistic with the chocolate making process on display. The hot chocolate was bang on. Creamy, chocolatey, not too sweet or bitter. Theyre onto it!

I real love the hot chocolate with additional cocoa powder on the topping. It is a good experience to chew black cocoa particles during drinking. It is really rich in depth.
Ice chocolate with real vanilla gelato inside. What an amazing job Ratio does. The texture is amazing. It is the chocolate style affogato.

I tried the Melbourne bar and the apple and cinnamon flavoured bar, and both were amazing. They do brownie tasting boards: so Im heading back and trying that next!
