I’m a sucker for a mock meat. So who knows how I managed to bypass The Cornish Arms for so long. I made up for it by ordering near to the entire menu (my money goes on the mac n cheese bites and away from the buffalo soldiers).

We came here last night for the first time in years and it was such a great surprise to see the newly added rooftop. Fantastic views of the city and a tapas/share menu to match! We grabbed the 30 dollar meat share platter, calamari, and croquettes. The food was great, the calamari was definitely a stand out. The only complaint was the size of the meat platter. It was very small, not much to share. For the price we expected alot more. Definitely be back but maybe for the price of the food we would eat somewhere beforehand.

Ordered the lamp rump which is served medium rare. It was actually cooked medium and when we confronted the waitress she refused to take our food back to the kitchen claiming they don’t accept it and it’s ‘just pub food’.

Came here because I heard raving reviews from word of mouth, I ordered the vegan caeser salad which was very nourishing, refreshing and very delightful I didn’t feel so heavy on the waistline afterwards haha. Taste very similar to a non vegan caeser. They offer quite an extensive menu, hats off to the creator for putting these awesome dishes on the menu.

    3.5/5 (but worth a 4)
Standard pub meals with a few fusion items. Good to see the range in meals available from the kitchen. A friend had the Malaysian curry which was interesting to say the least. The curry was good but the peanut sauce that came with was rather questionable. Definitely tasted like grocery store peanut butter with some satay spices in it. (Personally, I wasnt a fan) The Parma I had, however, was rather nice albeit a bit pricy. Overall, a very cosy pub with good food and ambience for catching up with friends. Will definitely be back in future 🙂

Extensive vegan options, so I often come here when catching up with vegan friends. The food is delicious, they also do table service inside and split the bill so thumbs up for that. Ordered the mushroom burger and some buffalo wings and I could have licked the plate. The lamb salad on the table was also quickly demolished. Recommend booking a table as it was pretty packed.
