When we arrived the staff seemed super friendly and greeted us. It didnt take long for our food to come out and it all tasted delicious. Although the dining area could be a bit cleaner, we would still reccomend people to come and enjoy a good burger.

First of all I would like to point out that when I went up to order, the employee serving didnt take off her gloves after handling food, even after taking our order and handling cash, she didnt even change her gloves and continued to handle food. I had to personally speak up and ask her politely to change her gloves. Second of all, this restaurant was run by two kids who didnt seem that experienced at all, where are the adults or someone with much more experience present to make sure things are running smoothly? The kids didnt even seem happy to be here, I dont think I witnessed a single smile on their face. There are probably 7 people including me and the person Im eating with so the restaurant isnt busy at all but to wait over half an hour for two simpleton burgers and a Tim tam shake is outrageous when there are barely any customers in this restaurant (also there have been no telephone orders as weve been just sitting here observing what is going on). However when the food came out extremely late, I did hear a couple of apologies for having a long wait time but seriously, having someone much more experienced managing the shop wouldnt hurt. I personally do not blame the kids, they should have someone there to guide them so they can strive for better.
Even though the burger is pretty good, cooked well and the flavours are there, I dont think waiting 30minutes+ is worth it.
