Well outside The Dear Luncher’s comfort zone in Burwood, this was a bit of a stab in the dark. Turns out the fish is tremendous. Both in size and quality. A very old Strayan feel to this chippy, you get the feeling they’re a favourite of the locals. Potato cakes were a bit weird, lots of batter not much potato. Other than that, pretty good.

Honest and classic F&C without the fancy fuss (and price).
Grilled flake is HUGE and taste fresh and amazing with a heathy serve of chips.
Great takeaway place for fish and chips. The fish tastes really good. The chips are good too, but they are a little thick for my taste. They also have great range of sauces to choose from. Overall, the proce range is affordable.
One of the best fish and chip places you could ever hope for!!! Fresh, delicious, great quality and the owners are so friendly and kind. Highly recommend the grilled flake!!
Such LOVELY batter. Great service. Fantastic value. (well maybe a little skimpy on the chips for the family pack). Love kids. We keep going back!
