Went here for lunch today & I got a Vietnamese bbq pork roll & a bbq pork rice paper roll. The roll was $7 & rice paper roll was $4. I thought the rice paper roll was a bit expensive but was willing to try it out. The Vietnamese bbq roll was delicious. They were very generous in the amount of toppings as well as with the bbq pork. However the rice paper roll wasnt that nice. I think the noodles were a bit gluggy & I wouldnt pay $4 for one. Ive had better before.

Finally! I have been waiting for this place to open for months! Unfortunately, a few things could have been executed better.
While there was an abundance of chicken (thigh) and pho noodles (dried, not fresh), the broth was lacking in flavour and depth. Either the broth needs to be hotter or the noodles need blanching as it came out warm. There was inconsistency with the amount of basil leaves provided where my friend got 3 leaves and I got a bunch. The chicken spring rolls were delicious but there was only one good lettuce cup to wrap them in.
Overall with a few tweaks, I’m hoping it’ll become a place I’ll eat at after shopping at Burwood One.
Vietnamese food is one of my favourite cuisine. The lady recommended try to beef spicy noodle soup, so I ordered it. When it came out it was just beef pho and when I asked her if this was the spicy noodle soup she pretended she didnt understand English and walked away. So disappointed in the customer service. For the pho, The beef was way over cooked making the meat so chewy and the noodles had no texture. They also give you next to nothing condiment. The ice coffee was good though. Reason for the one star was the staff not even acknowledging the wrong order and walking away.
