Great cafe/restaurant! Ordered the big breakfast…food came out quick and was enormous and so tasty. Coffee was also superb!! Staff were friendly so all in all, would definitely come back.
After wandering around the food court at Burwood One, we came across Raiiola which seemed quiet but very inviting! Service was welcoming, the lady at the front counter greeted us with a warm smile and was patient whilst we ordered our meals! The Menu was great, had a nice variety of pastas, pizzas and salads, and they were happy to cater to our menu alterations! The eating area of the restaurant was very clean and great lighting! Our lemon lime and bitters was delicious and came in a big glass which we loved! The food came out nice and quick! Great Portion sizes, just the right amount! We ordered a Carbonara and a Chicken Salad, both were magnificent! Not to mention the prices were extremely reasonable, definitely would have been happy to pay more, the food was that yummy! Thankyou for a great dining experience, we will definitely be back soon and will let all of our family and friends know to visit your restaurant for their next dining out experience!
We had a lunch yesterday. We ordered special lunch menu. One of special was lamb lasagne and the other menu was spicy chicken burger. Seasoning was good and they were delicious. Service was excellent. We really enjoyed.
Raiiola is great place to have a meal. One of my friend and I went to yesterday for lunch. We had bolognaise and hawaiian pizza. Pasta cooked very well and pizza was delicious too. Staffs were friendly and very kind. We love this place.
Had a breakfast in the morning, it was absolutely awesome. My friend and I ordered spinach and mushroom benedict and big breakfast with 2 lattes. They were amazing !!! Seasoning was perfect and coffee was nice. Thus all staff was lovely and kind.

Been here for the first time and definitely gonna be a returning customer. The coffee is so nice and the staff are really accomodating. I love the ambience. Cheesecake is pretty good
Was here only for hot beverages. Coffee was okay, hot chocolate was rather light, not as strong and thick like most cafes which i dont mind. The letdown was when i took their loyalty card(buy 5 coffee then next one free), they didnt stamp my hot chocolate and said the stamp is only for coffee. How ridiculous when hot chocolate costs $5 and coffee is only $3.70. The younger staff was nice, but i saw the older staff bossing her around and grumpy.
