Enter Neighbour is a cute little cafe with a stunning menu. This cafe caters to dietary requirements including fructose. The waitress was very helpful, welcoming and cheerful and helped my friend select a fructose friendly dish.
I ordered the spiced cider bircher. It was a generous serving and very delicious! I was happy with it
I definitely recommend Enter Neighbour for brunch/lunch.
Enter Neighbour but be warned…you may never leave! The Insta famous scotch pancakes will have you like OMG IM SO IN LOVE. Seriously, this cosy venue in Camberwell has recently been renovated and has had some serious deliciousness added to menu. Owner, Jack is passionate about great food and making customers happy, and this was evident in my visit. I felt warm, welcoming vibes all round. I tried a few dishes and almond lattes, and significantly enjoyed every single one!

Wow, was I delighted to a memorable experience. Their food, coffee, service, and atmosphere was conducive to a most relaxing experience.
I’m pretty sure the Espresso Martini that paired perfectly with the SCOTCH HOTCAKES, made it that extra bit special. I can understand why they keep their coffee mascarpone recipe secret! I’m craving it all over again.
Coffee by Axil
3.5
Caught up with a friend for coffee here. Coffee was good by Axil and we shared a gluten free cake made by little bertha. Will definitely update this review once weve eaten here. Menu looks great.
Key points: 4.7. Very impressive place. Hip and stylish cafe. Young and old alike will love it. Great menu. Superior food and coffee here. Great alcohol options too. Excellent service. Highly recommended
Full Review:
This place could revive the pretty moribund Hartwell shopping strip. Either that or the strip may claim it. First off, its a lovely space. It sits nicely on the street and is well set out and great to sit in. Super coffee to start off. Thrillingly smooth. Outstanding length. So, the coffee is great. You have to love a place that serves a Bloody Mary. Almost all the best brunch places serve them in my view. The one here is smaller than customary and priced accordingly. It is terrific. I meant to enquire but it has a bacony sort of flavour that is beguiling. And, importantly, the spicing is perfect. Its a fantastic drink. I asked for a recommendation for brunch. After discussion and advice I settled on the Nanban chicken. The dish has forbidden black rice, gribiche dressing, peas and pickled cabbage, Japanese chicken topped with crispy shallots, fresh chilli and coriander. This was a super recommendation. Id be very happy to get this dish in a well regarded restaurant. It has great textures and great flavours and a really gorgeous tang. Its a superbly composed dish and an outstanding brunch option. I savoured ever mouthful. My colleague loved his dish too. The Hartwell Brunch with trout. Both dishes looked great. Both tasted great. Accompanied with a Good Victorian Prosecco both dishes made for a good meal. Service was excellent throughout. Friendly, informative and efficient. This place is the real deal and deserves its very good rating, 4.7 at the time of writing. The key issue for me is whether it will triumph over the location. I lived in this area many moons ago. Its never been that fashionable but maybe the cafe can change that. The cafe would do wonderfully in the inner city. It should do well here particularly as it is not just a cafe for locals. Its one of those places thats well worth travelling to. I crossed several suburbs and was rightly glad I did.
We had a great time here. Highly recommended.
Really nice local cafe with large seating area. Enjoyed our experience at Enter Neighbour and ordered the Caponata (Vegan Option) and a make your own breakfast with eggs, bacon, avocado and mushrooms. Thoroughly enjoyed the Caponata leaving a satisfied fullness with beautifully cooked Caponata. Build breakfast was standard with well cooked bacon. For a sweet treat we opted for the cherry chocolate cake (vegan). Looking better then it tastes was quite dry and lacked any really flavour.
