Everything about our experience was wrong. I spent 10 minutes on the phone with a woman who couldnt understand my simple order of a pizza and a kebab. She couldnt understand my name, number or address – all of which are very basic. I was then put onto a man and had to repeat the whole process, including about 2 minutes of silence on the phone while he did something (dont know what). An hour later, the food arrived. Worst pizza Ive ever had, not to mention it was cold. Avoid this place, it sucks.
Lacks management and communication with customers. The staff love to change prices while speaking in foreign languages. No use in arguing. I recently ordered a small pepperoni pizza from this ‘restaurant’, and the person serving me said it had eight pieces. It had four. Pizza was okay, made me feel a little sick afterwards, and my friend who ordered a meat lovers pizza had mould covered over his pizza. Never again! They call them self best pizza in Melbourne two years running! However there seems to be little evidence of this, the pizza speaks for it self
This place is messy. The staff can’t talk properly and know nothing about their products. Also, the offers advertised outside are obsolete. Needs a proper service process.
First and Last time I order a pizza with Pepperoni’s Camberwell. The order was late and the pizza was terrible. I struggled eating a piece of their Aussie pizza and ended up throwing the rest of the large pizza out. First time I have not been able to eat a pizza as it was that terrible. When I contacted Pepperoni Camberwell in relation to the pizza running late there was no apology. If the pizza was actually eatable I would have overlooked the delivery time matter however it was absolutely horrible. Cardboard base and barely topping. Don’t waste your money, instead look for another pizzeria.My regret is I didn’t look at the ratings before ordering.
Terrible food!!! I would not let my family eat it so it went in the bin. The Delivery was late (no apology from the driver or the restaurant when I called to find out where the food was) our order was also completely wrong. Please steer clear!
Saw a staff member drinking directly from one of the water bottles set for customers to take to their table. He put it directly back in the clean stack of bottles. Disgusting.
Pizza was also drowning in oil.
Fantastic pizza and they allow half half toppings! Delivery is quite quick and they also deliver alcohol. Great delivery food option. I will be re-ordering when I feel like takeaway.
