  Went to this place in the afternoon for a small dessert. For 3, we ordered: – white rabbit soft serve with pearls: this soft serve is based off a chinese milk candy which made it taste quite different from your normal soft serve. The soft serve had a nice milky taste and wasn’t overly sweet. The pearls however, were a bit harder than the normal ones you would normally expect in bubble tea or other asian dessert places. – strawberry waffles: out of all three, the strawberry waffles was probably my favourite. The warm waffles with the ice cream was a really yummy combination along with the slight tang from the strawberries which balanced out the sweetness of the ice cream and waffles really nicely. – blackball signature icy: this dessert is very similar to the Meet Fresh icy grass jelly, made up of almost all the same components. In general, this dessert was pretty much everything I expected, but the taro and sweet potato balls were especially nice because the flavour or either sweet potato or taro could actually be tasted, which was quite pleasant. The pearls were the same ones as the ones in the soft serve and so obviously had the same texture. The grass jelly also wasn’t overly sweet, making the whole dessert pretty nice. Overall, Blackball is a pretty standard asian dessert place and worth a try.

  i honestly dont know why everyones complaining about the service and the way they communicate between each other. its not like theyre being rude to you in your face? believe me thats happened many times. its a decent place for a quick milk tea stop in carlton, with an incredibly generous pearl ratio. half sugar no ice #39 and i gotta say after the multiple recent disappointing drinks i got from gong cha, this may be my next go-to place

  So Yummy milk tea and dessert. We tried two flavours of milk tea with several toppings, like peals, different taro，etc.. Very good customer service~ Excellent experience~ I think it’s a super quality dessert with so many selections of flavours.

  Grass jelly is fresh and nice, staff are very friendly, it is a good place for dessert. I will definitely come back to this place. Must try it.
