Having worked in the area for just over 4 years, I’ve just discovered this place and I’m soooo glad that the coffee is actually good, because I’m super picky! Staff are friendly too! Will definately be back
Had a brunch at this lovely cafe . Bacon and eggs ciabatta. Good price and delicious food.
The staff is very nice , the owner came over to our table and passed a salt container when ours was empty.
I absolutely enjoy coming here because the staff here are friendly and this place always hits it up when you are in need of a quick caffeine fix. The cute barista always greets us with a wink and smile and knows exactly what we want. Food is amazing and always fresh (you must try the Mexican burritos). All in all its a great place! 🙂
They remember your order, the’re friendly, and some of them are HOT. Its fast service. Salads are amazing. Coffe is good. Value is good. It’s a family business. What more could you ask for.
I liked it. Definitely in the immediate surroundings it is one of the better places for lunch and a quick coffee. Soups are delicious. The place is like a beehive most of the time. Surely they are doing a good job as the patrons usually vote with their feet.
They also provide catering, although I have never tried this service and cannot comment.
Great service, great coffee. I have noticed that this cafe is now under new management.
The cute guy who makes the coffee is worth a visit alone.
To add to Laura’s comment I did hear that it was a monopoly and felt exactly the same way about going there but now that its being run by a new bunch of people I feel better about getting my lunch there.
The food is also looking fresh and is definitely tastier. I can only assume there is a new cook too!
A good safe option. I take a little walk up here on a regular basis, especially in the colder months. Their soups are yummy and served with a generous hunk of fresh bread. Sandwiches, pizzas, panninis, lasagna of the day and salads are all perfectly tasty and satisfying. Maybe not cutting edge, but sometimes you just want lunch – and these guys do a good one.
