If you are in Carlton and on Swanston Street, this place is great place for a bite.The sandwiches are good and so are the savory items.Breakfast is available.Clean. Staff friendly. Price $Drawback : Few seating arrangements.
I only had a mocha here but it was well made and the waiter was friendly. Some of the cakes looked tempting.
Found this on the way to a show today and the staff are incredibly friendly, the muffin I had was delicious and both coffee and fresh juice were amazing! Cannot recommend this place enough for people in the area 🙂 thank you!!
Purchased breakfast as an add on during my stay at Arrow on Swanston. I found that the breakfast was good value for money. Try not to sit near the door as it gets very cold as the door does not fully close unless pushed
Cafe Crema appears to be a part of Arrow on Swanston. The 2 mornings we were there my daughter and I got our caramel and vanilla lattes there. They were excellent!! We sipped them while we walked to our preferred tram stop on Latrobe st.
