Decent pizzas, and the kitchen is open late. Great selection of beers too. It’s really just a late night bar, a touch seedy, with lots of ornaments which give the impression of personality but it just squeezes by on that front.

Great hidden gem in Carlton, this place has a great feel and looks warm and inviting, staff are switched on and made a round of drinks in record time despite being reasonably busy, great cocktails- will be back soon
Great ambience, quick and friendly bar service. Conveniently located on lygon street, so perfect for pre or post dinner plans. This place has great cocktails, highly recommended!
Lygon street has very few bars. Lucky for the yacht club! Dark bar no matter what time of the day. Very enjoyable all the time. Worth going out of your way for a visit.
If you need to get fixed after a long day at work with a drink and you’re in Carlton that’s the place to be ! Make sure to try their martinis , theire seriously good!
Since you aren’t flush for choice for nice drinking places on Lygon, this is a welcome addition. Dim, funky and kicks off later at night, always worth a few hours hanging around and people watching outside. Prices are what you’d expect from Carlton. Low pressure, intimate, reliable.
