I only come here on days where Ive to grab a quick lunch before my class. Not the best KFC branch in town but its average (I mean what do you expect from a fast food restaurant). However the service here is not the best. I had to spend 5 minutes trying to tell the counter lady that I wanted to remove cheese in my double down and add a regular coleslaw on the side for my order. She couldnt understand my request despite my many many attempts of explaining it to her and eventually told me that they cant remove the cheese(?)
I do takeaway comfort food from here once in a while and service and food quality is pretty standard for KFC branches (I find they don’t tend to differ as much between branches as Hungry Jack’s for example). Can be a reasonable queue during peak periods like lunch and other work, especially during semester periods. Remember to claim your feedback voucher for a free chips and drink every time you order something – I’ve saved a lot just using those.
