The broken rice combination is done with authenticity and a love of their craft. You know it immediately once theres egg pt served that youre not in a Vietnamese franchise chain- you have the real deal with all its variety on a single platter. The dish comes with shredded pork skin, egg-pork pt, a perfectly fried egg (without that crispy skin), a marinated piece of pork, some salad, sauce and broken rice.
