The decor is very new. Tables are not too close as in some Lygon restaurants. really nice waiters. The food is fresh and clean, nothing wow, just good traditional middle eastern food.
Food is amazing most of the time.. When you wanna try the true Middle Eastern food this where you need to go! Can’t go wrong with a mix grill plate at Tabouli. Service is usually good even when place is busy on Saturday nights, but outside area gets a bit too busy. Would defiantly recommend.
Come here regularly for shisha and am never disappointed. The owner makes every bit of effort to make you feel comfortable and welcomed as if it were his own house you’re visiting. Top notch service.
Visited Tabouleh on a groupon voucher for 2. The service was good, the manager passed by a few times to explain the dishes and was very friendly. We were the only customers there that night.
Food was overall average, nothing you couldn’t make at home
Wouldn’t go there again
Ordered the mixed grill. The service was fast, since I came in quite early around 5pm, so there were hardly any people. The mixed grill for $31 was quite small and I was still hungry. The owner of the restaurant was friendly and walking around chatting to people and being social. I won’t come back for the mixed grill as I can go to Byblos or Almina and get a bigger serving
I’ve brought friends to this place a few times and they were all happy with the food. For lovers of Middle Eastern food, this restaurant doesn’t disappoint. Apart from the food, David the owner, is a young man of Assyrian background who knows how to engage his customers. It is good to support the young people who have the confidence to go into restaurant business.
Went there on a Groupon voucher for six people. The servers were very friendly and went out of their way to serve great food and wine. They even included soft drinks for my kids (despite the voucher saying wine or beer only), they allowed me a choice of beer, and when my wife and mother complained about the red wine they served, they substituted it for another wine which was much more palatable (and left the bottle for us!). Extra bread for the dips when the pitta bread ran out quickly. Outstanding!
