Been here many times. Staffs are always friendly. Not a big fan of the Seafood Casserole, the spicy soup leaves a strange after taste (I think its the chilli powder). The Spicy Beef/Port BBQ is too sweet. I used to like the deep fried tofu, but this time its a bit soggy. My favorite is the ginseng chicken soup and the grilled eel. Complimentary rice tea. Prices are a little dearer than similar restaurant.
Delicious food and fast, friendly service!!! Recommend the kimchi jjigae, croquette and kimchijeon. This place gets really busy but we didnt have to wait long to get seated. Good choice in Carnegie!!
A fast, casual and affordable Korean restaurant, conveniently located a short walk away from Carnegie station. The food is okay, however service can be a little standoffish at times.
We ordered the kimchi stew, potato korokke and bibimbap, along with three side dishes which were provided. The kimchi stew was flavourful but a little too salty, however it balanced out well with the white rice. Although the bibimbap was topped generously with lots of vegetables and meat, the hot stone was not quite hot enough so we werent able to get the desired char on the bottom of the rice (or maybe because the rice was a bit too wet and mushy). The potato korokke, however, were really crispy on the outside and perfectly soft and fluffy on the inside.
Overall, its a decent place to go for locals if youre craving authentic Korean food.
