New cafe/thai restaurant from the owners of Paradai thai.
This place is great for Thai during lunch hours as both Paradais only open for dinner service only.
I think Paradai 1 moved to this cafe actually.
I still prefer paradai twos pad thai 🙂
Very filling (even though it looks like a small portion).
Service nice and friendly.

A modern well lit Thai cafe which is spacious and well presented. There is a day and night menu but we came here just for drinks.
Ordered an ice chai and a chocolate milkshake .
The milkshake is well presented. Soft, pink fairy floss and a meringue character sits on top of the drink
The iced chai latte is aromatic with spice and topped with a scoop of icecream.
Love the space & ambience of Sibling Spice. We ordered the Breakfast Ramen & Fish Taco.
Breakfast Ramen: There is a problem with how they prepare the onsen egg. After cooking it at 65degree, they store it in the chiller for service. Placing a cold egg in the Ramen just makes the whole dish cold. Not pleasing to eat. We gave feedback but its probably unrealistic to cook an onsen egg to order.
Fish Toco was nice. Soft tortillas, crispy fish, tasty sauce.
Great coffees to begin. We ordered the croissant smashed avo and the pork Benedict. Both dishes were full of flavour and the croissant was buttery and flaky. The prices were very reasonable and the service time was great.
Went to have brunch with my friend for birthday catch up today, the food was lovely, healthy and looked pretty! Im glad to have them on my birthday!
The place looks really nice inside, very hip and looks new. Food-wise, it was ok. We had pad thai but they put too much chicken in it (this is not the only restaurant that put more meat than the noodles itself). The red duck curry was okay but it was a bit strange that they put bits of fruits (pineapple, pears, and lychee) instead of veggies in it. The papaya salad was nice and refreshing. Coconut ice cream was lighter than I expected, so that was nice too. I was full and spent less than $15 so that was pretty cheap meal.
Sibling Spice is part of the Paradai Thai stable. They have a really modern fit out with very affordable prices. Service is mixed although they at least try their best. The food was ok – my dishes were a bit bland although my friends enjoyed their meals and probably would have rated the restaurant higher.
