My family goes to Silk Road whenever we feel like having Korean-style Chinese food. We always order the jjajangmyun, jjambbong and tangsuyuk. Their tangsuyuk is probably the best I’ve tried in Melbourne. Their jjajangmyun has a nice rich flavour, and the jjambbong is full of flavour too – but beware, it’s quite fiery!
