My favourite cafe in Castlemaine! The food here is divine. The only negative is that they aren’t open on weekends. Coffee is great, cakes are so yummy, customer service is friendly and always spot on and their lamb pie is out of this world! Gorgeous garden out the back to sit in. Do yourself a favour and check this place out. Highly recommend.
This is a marvelous restaurant, it has flawless customer service and a friendly atmosphere. When I arrived there I wasn’t sure on what to pick there was such a large choice. When I finally decided for I had been overwhelmed with variety, I had a lovely home made Beef Pie and a Flat White Coffee. Altogether it was a wonderful retreat from the cold rainy day! I definitely recommend it to anyone and everyone.

At the Doveton Corner Store I had the best lamb and rosemary pie I have ever had. Great meat to gravy ratio and good quality lamb. Good coffee also.
Brekkie. Had brekkie here recently while I was here for work , great soy chai , very yummy bread ( sprout bread ) the girl doing the coffee was lovely , however don’t upset the cook , quite narky 🙁
This is a cool general store style cafe with nice fresh food and good coffee. Really nice spot to relax with the paper and a coffee as the sun warms the veranda area. Blts lasagna etc
