Worst service I have ever received. Definitely a dodgy establishment working the tax system. Requested a receipt for business purposes and was abused. Absolutely disgusting!
The quality of this restaurant, in terms of food and service, has deteriorated. After 6 months of not eating in Seng Hing, I came back to reminisce my uni days, to realise that I mustve had a bad tastebud for liking the food here AND thinking that this was the best restaurant around campus 2 years ago. (Major face palm and eye roll for my younger self.) I have come back again for the other restaurants around uni, and this place is the only one that I say never again to.
