Actually I come from Xi’an and I’d like to say that this restaurant is awful because this is definitely not the Xi’an food. The authentic Xi’an food is much better. WE, Xi’an people, DO NOT USE WIDE NOODLES TO MAKE Qishan Style noodles. And also the mutton soup is much better than this restaurant, it’s completely different flavour. Please stop ruining Xi’an food! I can say that my family lived in Xi’an for over 4 generations and I didn’t ever eat something terrible like food in this restaurant.（photo, Xi’an train station proves I really live in Xi’an before I come to Melbourne.）

I usually get the pork and lamb rou jia mo, as well as the spicy hand ripped noodles. The meat is super flavourful and juicy. The seasoning and chilli oil in the noodles is very good too.
