Probably the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had.
I don’t even understand how can you work in a place like that trying to sell food or anything with this extremely bad attitude.
No wonder why the place is always empty.
Staff should definitely learn how to smile or just simply greet the person that is most likely putting money into their business.
They absolutely lost me, I used to like their grilled chicken but Im not bothering to walk in that shop anymore.
Staff were extremely rude.I felt like I had walked into a private funeral parlour. Food less than ordinary. Chicken Schnitzel over cooked, floppy stale bun, shredded lettuce; placid and browning, one small slice of tomato, Half a processed cheese slice and half teaspoon of mayo. Chips soggy and seems the oil used for cooking is very old. Closing at 6pm on a Saturday night, is not serving the locals. No Gravy either, Chicken specialist? Really?
The chips are divine and the chicken was very tender – had a bit of a soapy taste though the gravy might have been too much rosemary but we were dying for potato casserole but it was sold out. Very well priced at $35 for a massive meal though!
One of the better chicken shops around. Chicken is always moist and not too oily. I also love the Scalloped Potatoes there. Shame they often run out pretty quick.
