Avoid at all costs. Ordered home delivery from this restaurants website and paid the money that it calculated. After an hour and half of waiting I contacted them and they told me I needed to pay additional funds for delivery. I refused stating that their website calculated the amount owing at the time of ordering and that is all i was prepared to pay, They refused to honor the order unless I paid extra so i asked for my money back – they refused.
Abolutely revolting customer service. Ordered a Vegetarian Mi Goreng for delivery and was given a Non-veg Nasi Goreng. I called and alerted them of their mistake and was told to just eat it anyway. After telling them that i am fatally allergic to one of the ingredients they laughed at me and offered no compensation or anything. They then continued to hang up on me and not answer their phone. Digusting service, avoid at all costs!!
