Amazing!
Walked in the door for the first time and was greeted like a regular! A truly warm entrance from a family run business. Small in the interior, with a few tables – more of a takeaway than eat in area. And the kebab – oh my goodness! Not too big but amazing taste as well. Tender chicken pieces cooked to perfection!
No chips though? Will be coming back again and again!
Kebabs are very good, but please introduce HSP’S! (halal snack pack), Would boost your business by 1000% as I know many people who live in the area who want an HSP close to their house!
I went here on the recommendation of a friend. Visited this place with a friend and ordered the Doner mix kebab and I must say very impressed. The Lamb didn’t taste rubber like and the texture was smooth. Bread everything else was spectacular.
The only down side maybe is the serving amount maybe. Overall I highly recommend going to this little shop in Caulfield. Pity it closes early.
2018: I am updating my rating from 4.5 to 5 because Ive tasted the falafels and fritters and other meats here since my old review and its really just 100% delicious. 2016: Yum yum yum! Can’t wait to go back here. The Pide is delicious, the meats are seasoned well (might be too salty for some but I love it) the breads are delicious and their ovens are Friendly staff. Super tasty clean brilliant Turkish food!
The meal was reasonable in quality but the main meal of lamb shish kebabs was very over priced for salad a bit of rice 2 small skewers of lamb and a dip disguised in a large container for $21.00. I felt I been taken in. I will not return.
We picked up 2 doner kebabs – one chicken and a mixed lamb / chicken. Both were delicious if a tiny bit salty. The meat was well cooked yet nice and moist, salad and pide bread both fresh making for an inexpensive and filling meal. Add chilli for a boost of spice
Been eating here over the past 10 years. The food here is consistently great and the customer service is superb. I recommend stacking up the freezer with their yummy Pide which always comes handy when the kids need a quick fix.
