Best burgers in Melbourne for sure. Small seating area but its perfect for catching up with friends. Their sauces, doubles the taste. Not sure about the sides but cant go wrong with shoestring chips !
First time checking out Changz. The burgers were fantastic. The menu had a large variety with so many great options as well as a specials board with even more choices, making a hard decision even harder! Ended up settling with The Rueben burger, The Korean Bbq burger and the Truffle and Mushroom burger. All the meat was cooked perfectly and flavours were exceptional. Our pick of the bunch was the Truffle and Mushroom burger, they nailed the balance of mushroom and truffle flavour. Truffle can often be very rich but these guys have got it just right.
The twice cooked pork belly in the Korean bbq burger melted in your mouth and the kimchi added a true Korean sweet/spice combo. Our only knock was that the bun wasnt great, airy and not the freshest. Easily overlooked, we will definitely return to try all the other tantalising burgers.
These burgers will set you back around $15-20 each which is probably pretty standard for the area.

Ambiance 5: this cute burger place is located in the south east suburbs. Recently revamped to become smoke and pickles. There are two tables outside that can each seat six and a few tables indoors.
Food 5: The food here is to die for. Highlights were the $1 chicken ribs on Sundays and the truffle mushroom burger. We also order pickled watermelon which surprisingly really worked!! The Chipotle chicken burger and cheeseburger were crowd favourites. The burgers here are affordable, and a great size, but the best part is that they dont leave you feeling sick afterwards. Fries are thin, crispy and yum! The smoked nigroni was really pretty, the Hawaiian beer was super refreshing and the lemon spider was very fun!! Overall we are definitely going back here and recommend!!
Service 4: staff are good and knowledgeable about the menu.
Fun fact: the cheese croquets allegedly have 10 types of cheeses in it!
