Usually a happy customer until today, very dissatisfied, ordered some chicken nuggets and got a completely raw one. With all of potential health risks of eating raw chicken this is not acceptable.
Absolute lie that the owners have two faces. They have always been so lovely towards us, and I enjoy waiting for my food and seeing the staff (including owners) interact so cheerfully with all who walk through the door. They’re great, and the food is always perfectly crispy and delicious. Cheers Batesford!
Best fish and chips in the chadstone area. Great fresh food much of it hand made, very comprehensive menu giving loads of choice, fast and friendly service and very good prices.

Another Asian regulars here. I’m a regular here as well but the owners have been nice to me and my friends that’s why we are here once a week or fortnight… The above comment was unfair to the owners which can be possibly relied on a single incident rather than the whole truth.
