Ordered salt and pepper tofu and salt and pepper pork, the batter was a bit thick and the tofu didn’t have much taste. Also ordered Chinese vegetables and honey pepper steak, the vegetables were nice and the steak was beautiful – small cut, tender, properly cooked and easy to eat, not too sweet or too spicy, just right. The waitresses need to be better trained to cope with such a quite Saturday night – only five tables in total but seemed like the manager was quite concerned.
This place use to be our go to for Chinese food , however after ordering the other day with a friend a was extremely disappointed. For one the customer service is shocking , the man at the desk is quite rude and is not inviting. The quality of food has declined.. everything just didnt taste right. Hopefully some issues because addressed so it can get back to running a good business soon!
The worst chinese food I ever had in Melbourne. The food was tasteless & it was obviously microwaved. No spices were used in the food, it consisted of some reheated pieces of meat (that was bland and awful) with hard pieces of uncooked & extremely hot (microwaved) vegetables. The restaurant was very disorganised too. Even though the restaurant was almost empty of customers, there was very slow service and we had to repeatedly ask the staff to bring us the cutlery and the glass.
