So I bought the steak mushroom peppercorn pie. Nothing much to look at, but the taste was the real difference.
I counted at least 5 pieces of large, cut steak/chunky chips sized pieces of beef. The gravy was light color, which meant not abusing the soy and worcestershire sauces. Mushrooms were not diced but button mushroom sliced. Peppercorn was used in the actual gravy cooking process, though I think for people already buying this flavor, there could have been a stronger dash of crushed pepper as the gravy finishes cooking for a bit more of a kick.The pastry was very flaky, always a good sign for pies.
Overall the pie was a 4+/5, just needed a tad more pepper kick. The range of flavors and other non-pie goods (quiches, sweets, cakes, slices, etc) was very broad and all looked very gourmet. A surprisingly good find in a place you hardly expected it.
