Staff and very kind and friendly. They made good fish and chips, I saw little people’s complain, someone likes the service someone not, this would be true for all the resturant. No complain about this shop, I understand the difficulty that these people are facing. In fact, I love their food!

This is just my opinion of this business The inside of the shop was tidy but if you look at the edges and under the counter it needs cleaned, the lady serving is friendly and polite. Ordered min chips, potato cakes scallops, dim sims seafood. stick $ 21.30 . The chip’s were crunchy and not greasy, that’s the positive part unfortunately the rest of the order was not good. The potato cakes looked well cooked but when bitten into the potato wasnt fully cooked, the dimmys were over cooked dark brown and not very tasty, I’m guessing they were chin wah dim sims and steamed then fried 🙁 Marthon dimmys are the best. The scallops and seafood stick were not great the inside was still raw batter the overall taste of the food was below par . Their cooking oil was in need of change, as it left a yucky taste an coating in your mouth. Maybe if they changed there oil more often an not cook there food at a too higher temperature the food could be better but I won’t be back to try, for the price charged it was not a good meal.

Horrible whiting! Ordered a piece of grilled king George whiting – was wayyyyy over cooked so was like eating rubber, was so chewy and not tender at all. The whiting is so thin it only needs a few minutes on each side, not 10! It also tasted really fishy and not fresh. The lady also didn’t use gloves when handling the fish and was touching face and pens/ wash cloths etc. Wouldn’t be going back.

Waterways is our local Fish and Chips shop. The burgers are tasty and the crumbed and battered fish are yummy. The potato cakes aren’t great and the value packs have too many chips. There are clean tables, to eat in but it isn’t a bright interior.

Great local fish and chip shop!! Very fries not staff, good prices and really good food.

Our go-to meal is the waterways value packs. I would highly recommend upgrading the flake to a blue grenadier and getting it grilled instead of deep fried in batter. It’s is nice and crispy but really allows you to enjoy the fish!

The potato cakes here are not the best but the dimsims and calamari are good so if you can swap then I would. The chips are normal fish and chip style cut with salt.

Overall this is a good local fish and chip shop, with cheap meal prices but good quality food!
