Food is great and the staff is super friendly! I have been here for coffee, lunch, dinner, mums catch up: it’s always warm and welcoming! And if you already had dinner, just go out for dessert!!!! Yuuuuuuummy!
I was keen to give this place a try as the past reviews looked promising however I was left feeling underwhelmed. The service was good and we received our drinks in a timely manner however we waited at least 40mins for our mains to come out. I ordered the beef bourguignon and the beef was bland, lacked seasoning and was tough. The ferrero rocher dessert was nice but the under seasoned main runied the whole dining experience for me.
We rate this place 4.5 out of 5. Delicious food and great service. My brother and I loved the burgers and mum and dad loved the gourmet dishes like duck and steak. Mathews Daughter
Finally, I have found a western Restaurant in the Bayside area that tick’s all the boxes. Food is EXCELLENT, fresh, well presented, and more than adequate portions. Service is spot on. The environment is great with more than adequate space between tables. Acoustics are good, I can speak to people on my own table without screaming. If you like great food, and attention to detail, Sarah (Owner) at Sierra Tango has made this Restaurant come up trumps, well worth a visit.
Went here for a 70th birthday dinner last weekend and couldn’t fault one aspect of the night. Service was good (a little slow but place was very busy), food, beer and wine all very nice.

The food here is lovely. Staff friendly. My only suggestion is to avoid the wagu steak. It tastes very bland. Really poor presentation on the plate. And too expensive. The pork belly and beef cheeks are much nicer!
Unreal food Best burger anywhere in melbourne and desserts are great. Glad it’s around the corner from us. Friendly staff highly recommend take away or eating in.
