Started off with really great customer service from our waiter however the service wasn’t consistent with other staff members. The panacotta was not what we were expecting. It tasted more like gelatin/jelly/rubbery with peaches. Not what you would expect from a panacotta. Wasn’t a fan of the dehydrated peaches or the strange smoothie like bubble on top. They do have nice coffee though!
First off we had to wait 15 mins to actually get any table service and in this time we helped ourselves to some menus. I ordered a freshly squeezed orange juice and a muffin. The muffin was quite nice, however the icing on top should not have gone in the microwave. The freshly squeezed orange juice came straight out of a bottle. $8 for this is beyond me , I do not understand how you can charge that much for something that you paid maybe $8 for the WHOLE bottle. If it is from a bottle it is not freshly squeezed from a juicer. The whole environment was very stressful and chaotic, which majorly let down the service. Also not to mention they have a 1.5% charge on eftpos… wont be returning.
I came here for a meeting, just for coffees. The wait staff saw us come in but it took along time to come and ask for our order. Before that, we grabbed our own water jug & glasses. Coffees arrived, they were hot than average but weak. I paid at the counter but waited behind a staff member chatting to his work colleague! Ummm hello customer service?
