Ate at their food truck at thornbury food trucks. Food was great. I had the chicken noodle salad and the pulled pork noodle salad, both were nice but probably needed a thicker sauce as it just ended up in the bottom of the bowl and not really coating much. People around me ate the sliders which looks delicious.
Had the chicken and lemongrass salad at Hank Marvin market. Very disappointed. The whole bowl was just flavour free like zero flavour. Won’t be back.
Having tried and loved Nuoc Mama’s previously, we decided to have them cater our engagement party and we could not have been happier with both the food and the service. Linda was amazing at organising everything prior to the party and kept in contact with us regularly, she really is very lovely. The food was a huge hit with all our guests, everyone absolutely loved the delicious goodies on offer – of which there were a lot! Heaps of great menu options to choose from and a huge amount of food per head, apart from being super tasty it really was very good value for money. We highly recommend using these guys to feed the masses at your next party, they took away the stress of feeding over 100 people and i believe them to have the best spring rolls in town!!

Got the salt n pepper tofu Bahn mi slider. Presented beautifully! Tasted good too however a little too oily for me. Other menu items looked appealing though
The beef and kimchi fries are awesome! My friend ordered Nuoc Mama’s kimchi fries at Laneway festival and a lot of people kept stopping to ask her which food truck the fries were from. I hope to come across Nuoc Mama’s again.
Stopped by Welcome to Thornbury and Nuoc Mama’s food truck was our choice. Was confused at first about the beef fries with Kim Chi but it was yummy. The chicken & pork belly sliders were filling and delicious.
The food here had my taste buds doing pleasurable weird things. I ordered Beef brisket and kimchi on fries and i was absolutely wowed by it. By tasting each indivdual thing tasted good, but when i started to combine the elements i found myself tasting the flavours of a banhmi, then a rush of pho brisket came in and my taste buds were being bombarded by all these elements. Cheap food, exceptional food.
