Nice sit down cafe in Monash, it’s hard to find one of those here as pretty much every place has either cafeteria style sit-down or is entirely takeaway. I would recommend any of their breakfast options, such as the croissant with various fillings. Have had the granola and also enjoyed that. Cannot comment on the wine list as I have not partaken. I am not overly taken by the coffee, not the best on campus (campus standard is very bad so that is saying something)
Pretty decent sandwiches but one of the girls who serves them is consistently rude & hostile, so some of my friends and I have decided to stop going there. Coffee is pretty good. Sit down food is not great although I’ve only tried it twice. I had the pesto gnocchi once and it was way too creamy and oily. Didn’t feel good after eating it.
Go to place of Monash Clayton for a chai latte, always made well. The dolce latte is also very nice but very sweet. Never eaten here but the drinks are always good.
Well decked out but I got a dirty plate with uncooked ravioli and really low grade Parmesan (an issue because it wouldn’t melt…at all).
They do however have a great seating area in an over-the-top and try hard hipster space
One of the few good places at the Clayton Campus Centre for coffee and food. Their lattes are pretty decent and they have a wide selection of ingredients for a sandwich, roll or wrap. They also have a sit down restaurant area which I have frequented and I have to say that their lasagne is quite good and comes out piping hot. Overall, the quality there is better than what is currently being offered in the vicinity.

Definitely the only place in the campus centre with somewhat decent food. Coffee is excellent and the sandwich options are great for a bite on the go. Their menu options are quite classy, compared to the surrounds and it is a nice enclave frequented by students, but probably more postgraduate students and staff alike.
Poor service. Good food. Portion size is adequate.
