Got the falafel plate, other than the weird service and how packed it is, I dont have anything bad to say
The falafel was cooked perfectly, all the dips and salads were the perfect complement and the bread was beautifully fluffy and soft
I would say a lot of the staff talk Arabic so communication might be a little more difficult with non Arabic speaking customers

We used to come here every week even though it had the worst staff in the world, but it was the best falafel wed ever had so we ignored the rudeness and awful service. Now that the place is under new management the staff are even worse (if thats possible) and so is the food. We always get the Falafel Meal. The falafel was dry, we asked for no tzatziki and our meal came with extra tzatziki, the usual ingredients were minimised or completely omitted. Our meal looked like a plate of scraps. Prices have increased but the portions are less and the ingredients lower quality. The staff cant speak English, which is fine, but they should not be working FOH. The only thing I recommend about this place is not going there.

Although Im not usually a fan of big falafels (I make them at home mini sized) but these were simple; crispy on the outside soft on the inside without too much added spice or texture.
The tabouli was so fresh and a generous portion of salads and pickled veggies, great dip and bread too. Will keep coming back!!
