Where else can you get a $1 wrap!!! Sure its basic but hell its a dollar!! Their $4 wraps are great value, as are drinks and a bucket of hot chips at $2.50. The older lady that serves is always very friendly, sometimes the other staff might be able to improve a little on their customer service, otherwise they would be a 5 out of 5.
In most parts of Melbourne, if you wanted to get a meal in the $4 price range your options might be a bowl of rice or a loaf of bread from Woolies, so an that basis alone Tasty Sub is top of its class. Even in its own right the food is balanced, filling and yes it’s tasty.
Cheap and good. The food is really cheap and quite good and healthy for that price. I always make sure to eat there when I am in Coburg. The service is really nice too. I recommend strongly !
How do they even stay open?. Seriously, insanely cheap prices. They don’t charge you any extra for the condiments or extra vegetables on your sub. It’s $4 if your sub is full of 15 types of veggies or just the meat alone. You can come here and get a sub with absolutely absurd amounts of food in it for the price! And it’s always delicious.
Anyone who lives nearby has to take advantage of this shop. There’s no better place in coburg to get your lunch every day. They don’t skimp on anything!

Perfection. I go to tasty sub at least twice a week. their food is incredibly cheap, but of such high quality. they’re always very friendly, greet me with a smile. it’s very similar to subway, but cheaper and ultimately a lot tastier.
10/10. One of the best sandwich bars I have ever been to. Thier food is ridiculously cheap, but still great quality and taste. The owners are a lovely older couple who always greet you with a smile and give the whole place a friendly atmosphere. I go there at least once a week.
