My partner and I come here for breakfast all the time for a reason! The food at Fusion is at level of quality high above all other cafe/restaurants in Colac. 100% make sure you get the homemade baked beans they’re amazing
Polite and friendly staff, prompt service and excellent food. There were seats outside where we were allowed to sit with our dog. I had a Fusion burger with chips which was large and delicious. My partner had pork dumplings and was very pleased with them.
Have had two take away meals from here and both times loved it. Tasty food, generous servings and reasonably priced. Very happy with the food here.
This restaurant is a real eye opener in Colac. It’s not large but it’s perfect for small intimate dinners or special occasions where you can talk and not have to listen to others in a noisy environment. The restaurant has a classy feel to it, is well fitted out and is comfortable is good sized tables and comfortable chairs. The service is extremely good, attentive and not obtrusive. The menu is well balanced and there’s a good wine list to go with it. We loved the dinner and will definitely be back soon!
