Nice restaurant with a bar in Colac’s main drag. Plenty of spots. The chicken parmigiana I ordered for lunch was spot on. The fries were crispy on the outside and fluffy in the middle. The sauce on the chicken was perfect and the Parmesan cheese melt was nice. The chicken itself was cooked perfect and was tender and moist.
Really good sized restaurant here, with a takeaway section as soon as you walk in and a TV/Bar area to the left of the enrty and judging by the floor area they must get very busy here during the warmer months. The service is quick and there was ample staff on duty on this cold drizzling night. There was too much chatting between staff across the restaurant, it wasn’t work related, just jibes to one another. It’s clean and tidy and more than adequat for a pizza restaurant, however some of the funiture could be upgraded to keep it look fresh and up to date. The pizza menu is extensive with the old favourites, some gourmet styles and then all the other meals on offer – you’d have to find something you like. I had a capriciosa and it was very good with a lot more topping than I expected without being soggy. I asked for extra anchovies and I really got the extra (to my liking) so a big plus. Not as cheap as I rememebr, but all in all a good experience and nothing to prevent me from coming back again.
