The bakery is OK, we’ve been here quite a few times and nothing seems to change. It’s in dire need of an upgrade to make it look better. The cakes and breads are fine and there’s always a selection of yesterday’s goods at reduced prices. You can also get sandwiches and wraps made to order as well as some hot food such as pies and pasties.Some of the staff need to be better trained in customer service, how to be polite, how to smile and generally show that they have some personality. It’s nothing flash but it does cater to the basic needs.
We drive through colac and picked this place for lunch. Was not disappointed. We had the chicken and avocado sandwich.. wow the best one we have ever had chicken was fresh and so was the avocados. We also had the French kiss sweets (like a half open Lamington with creme inside). Amazing. Love to come back.. staff were nice and talkative. Now we don’t drink coffee so cannot comment on previous post but we were very happy with our time here.
