Had the fish special. Best cooked fish I’ve had in a looonnnggg time . Favours were well balance with a cute side salad and tongue tingling mint pea puree. Well worth the cost, which was quite resonable.
The kitchen is an open concept, headed by a young chef would looks like he knows what he’s doing, unlike alot of local pubs that I’ve experienced recently. Good work guys

I used to live right across the busy busy road from BPH and would often eat here when I suffered from a severe lack of motivation after a busy days work. Popped in a few months back on the way to the footy. It was actually a little out of my way but was keen to try something a little more interesting than the four and twenty. They still have s great range of beers and a reasonable gastropub menu which includes some pretty tasty pizza options. I opted for the Baden Burger which consisted of a wagyu patty with all the trims, well everything but the egg and beetroot. There is a courtyard for those sunny summer days but it was cosier inside.
Probably one of the better pub menus out there.
Pretty decent $12 pizza special. One pepperoni, one pork fennel sausage. All traditional – handmade right in front of you. Can’t go wrong really.
Went here last.for a couple of drinks w my friend. We had great friendly service, and the selection of beers were good too.
We didn’t eat here but as it’s 4.1/5 I’ll be going back to try the food. Happy days!
Fantastic place!
The menu here is sensational. Italian based, I had the chicken cotolleta.
Wood fire pizzas are delicious as well, with a mouth watering antipasti list to complement it.
Great ambience, helpful and friendly staff.
Highly recommend!
Great place for a beer and a pizza in Collingwood. Open fire inside in winter makes the place cosy, and the garden is awesome in summer. Pizzas are really delicious and affordable especially on Tuesdays (they have specials for both beer and pizzas).
