Easy Tiger Smith St. is a modern Thai restaurant that focuses on banquet style eating. the dishes are designed to be eaten by the whole party in an atmosphere of celebration. We love the balance of hot and sour, rich and creamy and fresh and aromatic tastes that exemplify Thai cuisine. We have a beautiful little cocktail list that features classic and Asian inspired drinks and we are so proud of the amazing craft beer scene in Melbourne that we love supporting local beers. And wine! Wine comes from the earth and is flavoured by the site that the vines grow in. To honour this our small list is entirely made up of single vineyard wines and are mostly sourced from within 200km of Easy Tiger in Collingwood. We pride ourselves on elegant dishes and welcoming, professional service. Our dining room is a feast for the eyes with large murals and bold colours abounding. We also have a deliciously warm "winter-proof" courtyard that is heated and covered and transports you to Bangkok no matter what the temperature outside.
