Lamb meat was choppy like a souvlaki as opposed to thinly shaved meat at most kebab stores, I prefer the latter.

I thought that Istanbul was good, but it is not quite as good as Constantinople, I don’t know why they changed their name. Nobody’s business I guess..
Very nice gozleme, really good family of people that work here, very kind and always working with a smile. Yum crispy chips and their dips are nice an authentic aswell. 🙂
