We just found this hidden gem in Collingwood today! Our Thai friend has recommended to us. They offer Southern Thai food which is very rare in Melbourne. We loved every dishes here.
We tried the crispy fish, turmeric chicken soup and stink bean with shrimp. They were amazing !!! But if you cant handle the spiciness you might wanna tell them to reduce it. I also bought Hat Yai Fried chicken home, my partner loved it so much! We will definitely go back.
The staff were very friendly and lovely. Would really recommend you to try out this place.
Authentic no frills Thai food. Stumbled on this place whilst walking past and saw the old Thai lady prepping food near the front so we took it as a sign to go in. The massaman curry and crispy pork belly was amazing and highly recommend. Would go back to satisfy my Thai cravings.
Mamanee Thai in Collingwood. I was here during the lunch time. No people here on Wednesday lunchtime. A bit surprised me anyway I ordered the chicken pad Thai. I like the fast wok cook but the dish is a bit too sweet to me. Not my type of pad Thai. A bit disappointed.
