Been here twice now and very impressed both times. In a word…. honest. Simple menu done really really well. Every dish was delicious, couldn’t fault anything. Food was quick and the service was friendly. Cozy romantic feel.

Definitely something they can work on, wait staff seemed very inexperienced and blunt. I felt i had to show myself to my own table and guide the waiter.

The soba salad and kara age were definitely a hit! Soba salad had the most delicious, creamy sauce that was very generously provided; so much that i could mix rice in to flavour that as well. Chicken was cooked to perfection and super crispy, hard to fault anything with fried chicken! Food was small in portions but high in quality so im happy!
Overall, I would give this place a 3.5/5, despite their service needing some work, the food delicious at a reasonable price and i would definitely return!
Peko peko at Fitzroy. Small and cosy environment with good service and nice delicious Japanese casual dinning cuisine. I had the lunch with the karage chicken with rice. It is deep fried so well that hot juicy and tasty. Definitely will come back to try other dishes.
