I am always hesitant to enter a cafe that is empty, but thought I would take my chances. Bad decision. The coffee was way too hot and tasteless. I had to be asked to be served at the counter even though the place was empty.
We loved the location of this cafe- overlooking the beach but that’s all. Staff not friendly and terrible coffee. No wonder it was almost empty of people.
Coffee was tasteless, burnt, with scorched watery milk. It was by far the worst coffee I’ve ever had in my entire life.
Went in for a coffee over the weekend and was appalled by the vile nature of the staff working there. The coffee was almost as bad as the people working there.
Tucked away from the Main Street this was a good find. A table out the front overlooking the main beach and away from the crowds. Nice bacon and poached egg breakfast, good coffee and proper tea in a pot not a t-bag.
What a delightful cafe. Brought coffee there everyday for our visit and all agreed it’s the best coffee in cowes.the owners/ staff were very good fast and professional.they do breakfast muffins and numerous other food that is fresh and ok prices.would highly recommend them.
Avoid the hype get a true Aussie breaky that won’t break the bank, quick service, friendly staff, great view, nice red heeler in the corner..A pleasant break from the tourist trail.. pssst keep it a secret.
