Wonderful coffee made with local beans. The cafe itself is compact and can easily feel cramped, but theres also some outdoor seating at both the front and back that can be used when its not too hot or cold.
They didnt accommodate my vegan friends as they wouldnt make any amendments to the meals (eg. remove the cheese from the smashed avo dish) so unfortunately only two of our group of four were able to eat.
However, the food us carnivores ate was terrific. Eggs were poached perfectly and bacon was crisp. The egg and bacon roll was more of a piadina, which was huge and incredibly tasty.
This place is located ideally on the corner of chapel street & Thompson avenue where everything is happening! When we walked in we noticed that unfortunately they didn’t have many tables in the front of the cafe, but they did have some outside and in there gallery. I got the big breakfast and it was delicious, generous with there bacon servings and the hash browns were yum 🙂 in the gallery they also sell students art work which I think is really nice
