Looks great and the shopfront is lovely but unfortunately the gelati is definitely not authentic, some kind of gelatin filler has been used in the recipe. The pistachio tastes like almond or marzipan. Paid $20 for 3 ice creams, which would be fine if the quality was there, but it just isn’t.
Food ok but nothing special. We were seated in the back corner where we literally had to squeeze between other diners to get to our table. Service was below par. Staff came off as miserable and did not make eye contact. No water brought to table but I was hesitant to ask as didnt want to put the wait staff out. We were made to feel unwelcome, wont be back again as there are plenty of other more friendly venues on the island.
